Role Description - Senior Sales Specialist

As a Senior Sales Specialist at NEUROLAB, you will take on a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This on-site, full-time position demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the electronic product design, prototyping, and manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify and acquire new clients while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of NEUROLAB.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Utilize your market knowledge and insights to conduct comprehensive analyses, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product design, and manufacturing teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure successful deal closures, demonstrating a strong understanding of pricing strategies and client needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of Sales Experience in Electronic Product Design, Prototyping, and Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the electronic product design, prototyping, and manufacturing landscape.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract closure skills, coupled with a strategic approach to sales.
  • Client-Focused Approach: A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Relevant Field.
  • Team Leadership Experience: Prior experience leading or mentoring sales teams is a plus.
