Role Description - Pre-Sales Consultant
As a Pre-Sales Consultant at NEUROLAB, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our business by serving as a strategic liaison between our clients and our cutting-edge electronic product design and manufacturing solutions. This on-site, full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their technical expertise in driving pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Needs Analysis: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements, conducting in-depth needs analyses to tailor solutions that align with client objectives.
- Solution Development: Work closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and provide value to the client’s business.
- Technical Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive technical presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of NEUROLAB’s services.
- Proposal Creation: Develop detailed and compelling proposals, incorporating technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates that address client needs effectively.
- Client Consultation: Act as a key point of contact during the pre-sales phase, addressing client queries, providing technical insights, and ensuring a clear understanding of NEUROLAB’s offerings.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations during the pre-sales process.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective pre-sales initiatives, contributing to the overall success of client acquisition.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead the development and presentation of proof of concepts where necessary, demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on market insights and client interactions, contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within the electronic product design, prototyping, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to develop compelling proposals and deliver technical presentations.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships.
