Role Description - Technical Marketing Manager
As a Technical Marketing Manager at NEUROLAB, you will be a key driver in bridging the gap between technology and marketing, leading initiatives to communicate the technical prowess of our electronic product design and manufacturing services. This on-site, full-time position presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to blend technical expertise with marketing strategy, creating impactful campaigns in the dynamic field of electronic design.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Content Development: Create and curate technical content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and technical documentation, to showcase NEUROLAB’s expertise in electronic product design and firmware development.
- Product Messaging: Develop clear and compelling technical messaging that communicates the value proposition of NEUROLAB’s services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Collateral Creation: Lead the development of technical collateral, including product datasheets, technical specifications, and product documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform product positioning.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create tools and resources that enable effective communication of technical features and benefits to clients. Provide training on new product releases.
- Digital Marketing Support: Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure technical accuracy in online content, including website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Event Participation: Represent NEUROLAB at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Develop technical presentations and engage with potential clients to communicate the technical advantages of NEUROLAB’s services.
- Collaboration with Product Development: Work closely with the product development team to understand new technologies, features, and improvements, and translate these into marketing messages that resonate with the target audience.
- Technical Webinars and Workshops: Plan and execute technical webinars and workshops to educate clients, partners, and the industry on relevant topics in electronic product design and firmware. development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or a similar role within the electronic product design and manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of electronic product design, firmware development, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
