Role Description - Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist at NEUROLAB, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward. This full-time on-site position is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to lead generation, market research, and customer service. Your responsibilities will extend to developing and nurturing business relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth targets. This role involves close collaboration with our marketing and sales teams to achieve collective success

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, utilizing various channels such as digital marketing, content creation, and targeted campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors. Analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including website, social media, and promotional materials. This includes written content, graphics, and other multimedia elements.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Optimize online presence and visibility to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to track and analyze customer interactions and data. Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Provide support in the development of sales materials, presentations, and client communications.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Ensure seamless execution and follow-up to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make datadriven recommendations for improvements.
  • Customer Service Support: Collaborate with customer service teams to address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience and reinforcing the company’s commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets. Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maximizing the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the competitive landscape. Apply this knowledge to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Relevant Industry Experience:  Proven track record in marketing, business development, or related roles within the electronic product design, prototyping, and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Critical Thinking Ability:  Demonstrate an aptitude for analyzing market trends, understanding customer preferences, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:  Effectively convey ideas, engage with clients, and collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
  • Good Understanding of Lead Generation and Sales Funnel:  Hands-on experience in developing and implementing strategies for lead generation, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
  • Experience in Market Research:  Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market research, interpreting data, and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Customer Service Skills and Team Collaboration:  A customer-centric approach, combined with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Relevant Field:  Academic qualifications complementing professional experience.
  • Relevant Industry Experience:  In-depth knowledge of the Electronic Product Design, Prototyping, and Manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to Multi-task and Work Under Pressure:  Proven capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, delivering results within set deadlines.
  • Working Knowledge of CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite:  Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
