Role Description - Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager at NEUROLAB, you will lead the charge in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies for our cutting-edge electronic product design and manufacturing services. This on-site, full-time position provides a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, leveraging a mix of channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Online Brand Presence: Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and a positive user experience across digital platforms.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • SEO and SEM Optimization: Lead efforts to improve search engine optimization (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, optimizing for visibility, reach, and lead generation.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Monitor and analyze social media performance and trends.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads through digital channels. Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external agencies, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
