Role Description - Junior Sales Specialist

As a Junior Sales Specialist at NEUROLAB, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, playing a crucial role in advancing our business objectives. This full-time, on-site position provides a valuable opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute to various aspects of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek and identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking within the electronic product design, prototyping, and manufacturing sector.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Assist in managing and nurturing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure. Effectively use CRM tools to track and monitor client interactions and sales progress.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing efficient and responsive customer service.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of NEUROLAB’s services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Utilize this knowledge to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets and business objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in creating compelling and customized proposals for clients, addressing their specific needs and showcasing NEUROLAB’s capabilities.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, including updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, contributing to the overall sales performance analysis.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. 
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronic product design, prototyping, or manufacturing industry. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
