Role Description - Pre-Sales Executive

As a Pre-Sales Executive at NEUROLAB, you will play a pivotal role in engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value of our innovative electronic product design and manufacturing solutions. This on-site, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute to the pre-sales process in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Location: Kochi, On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for potential clients, engaging in initial discussions to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide support to the pre-sales team in developing tailored solutions, including technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates, aligned with client requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of detailed and compelling proposals, incorporating technical insights and solutions that address client needs effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of NEUROLAB’s services, staying informed about industry trends, and effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, ensuring that opportunities align with NEUROLAB’s capabilities and strategic objectives.¬†
  • Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with potential clients, addressing inquiries, providing relevant information, and establishing strong communication channels.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry competitors, market dynamics, and emerging trends to provide valuable insights during pre-sales activities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to pre-sales activities, ensuring a comprehensive and organized record of client interactions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales or client-facing role, preferably within the electronic product design, prototyping, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools is a plus.
