Role Description - Tech Lead
As a Tech Lead at NEUROLAB, you will be at the forefront of driving technological innovation and excellence in the field of electronic product design, firmware development, prototyping, and manufacturing. This on-site, full-time position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and inspire a dynamic team while contributing to the success of cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electronic product design and firmware development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, and project managers, to align technical strategies with overall project and business objectives.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and implementing measures for quality assurance.
- Technical Architecture: Define and implement robust technical architectures for electronic products, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team stays updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Problem Resolution: Take a proactive approach in identifying and resolving technical challenges, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Innovation and Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in electronic product design and firmware development. Apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electronic product design and firmware development.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing project execution and leading
development teams. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or other relevant languages.
- In-depth knowledge of firmware development, embedded systems, and electronic product design.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
